I'm an amateur pianist and live in Kansas City, Missouri in the USA. I have a degree in Public Administration & work for the Social Security Administration. I'm an avid reader of classic literature such as Dostoevsky, Balzac, Proust, etc. and I'm also somewhat of a fitness nut and run in a couple marathons each year. However, my real passion is music, with a particular emphasis on romanticism. Therefore, most of what I'll be posting is 19th-early 20th century music from known and lesser known romantics.
